Hi, I'm Alex

I have a passion for helping women restore their relationship with food & exercise, and no, it doesn't entail celery juice or a weird "cleanse." I take a holistic approach & firmly believe it's not just about what you eat.


I use a macro based approach for most clients unless a more flexible method is appropriate, mixed with education, mindset, accountability, suppport, and whatever else you may need. My goal is to set you up with sustainable habits you can take with you for the rest of your life.

I grew up on a cattle ranch in Eastern Oregon and currently live in Boise, Idaho with my husband and fur babies. I have a mild plant obsession, I love puns, and I can't wait to work with you!
